Sponsorship Fulfillment Associate – Princeton, NJ

Job Summary

The Sponsorship Fulfillment Associate includes planning, executing, and day-to-day management of Gazelle’s sponsorship agreements. You will act as the main liaison between all partner contacts and/or their agencies, managing the implementation of sponsor deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage activation and fulfillment of all Gazelle sponsorships
  • Act as primary liaison between key partners and Gazelle to facilitate execution of sponsorship agreement
  • Manage all fulfillment activities needed based on client contracts to ensure that all elements that are contractually obligated are delivered
  • Write run of show and game scripts and oversee the execution of promotions on game days
  • Develop creative and unique promotional ideas on behalf of sponsors (e.g. on-court, social media, sweepstakes, etc.).
  • Plan hospitality receptions for sponsors and other key stakeholders
  • Track all assets and produce in-depth recap books detailing the sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Travel is required (select Event dates in November, December and March).

Job Summary

The Sponsorship Sales Associate will be responsible for selling corporate sponsorship and advertising packages for Gazelle’s line-up of college basketball and ice hockey properties.  Make an immediate impact on the company’s performance via revenue driving sponsorship sales. 

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing solicitation of corporations and organizations to secure sponsorship partnerships.
  • Solicit new business on a daily basis through cold calling, emailing and in-person (when acceptable) and/or Zoom meetings.
  • Create professional and creative sales proposals.
  • Research and identify new business prospects, category best practices, new asset opportunities, and general sponsorship industry happenings

Ticket Marketing Associate – Princeton, NJ

Job Summary

The Ticket Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of ticket operations for Gazelle’s line-up of college basketball and ice hockey properties. The role will also build, strengthen, and maintain relationship with group sales buyers and assist with the development of Gazelle’s marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Ticketing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ticket sales
  • Sell group tickets
  • Manage the execution of group sales experiences on game days, including but not limited to: singing the National Anthem, scrimmages on the court/ice, videoboard shout-outs, etc.

Marketing

  • Support the development and execution of Gazelle’s marketing strategy, including digital, radio, print, social media, and TV advertisements
  • Market tickets to participating teams and alumni groups
  • Research marketing industry happenings and best practices

    Multimedia Designer – Princeton, NJ

    The Gazelle Group, an emerging leader in the sports marketing industry, is seeking applications for a dynamic and energetic Multimedia Designer to lead our in-house design department.

    This position creates and manages both print and digital designs for marketing and promotional materials, advertisements, sales flyers, banners and posters. The Multimedia Designer will also manage event websites, assist with web and social media content, and produce and edit highlight videos and sponsorship recap videos. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects from concept development and implementation to creative production.

    Qualifications:

    • F.A. in Graphic Design or related field
    • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
    • Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects
    • Must have strong working knowledge of WordPress
