Virginia, Florida, Maine, and Saint Peter’s Take the Court November 25 and 27 in “Bubbleville” at Mohegan Sun

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and Gazelle Group announced today a season-opening multiple team event taking place on Wednesday, November 25, and Friday, November 27.

Bubbleville Pod One will tip-off November 25 and will include 2019 NCAA Champion Virginia (Atlantic Coast Conference), Florida (Southeastern Conference), Maine (America East Conference) and Saint Peter’s (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference). The Friday following Thanksgiving, all four teams will play a second game with Florida taking on Virginia and Saint Peter’s taking on Maine. Final game schedule, game times and television broadcast details will be released at a later date.

The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and Gazelle Group are collaborating to produce multiple college basketball games at Mohegan Sun from November 25 through December 5, 2020 and have named the space “Bubbleville.” Bubbleville will house several events relocated and reimagined due to COVID-19 and provides a controlled environment with teams and event staff adhering to tribal, government, and NCAA health and safety protocols and testing requirements.
