The 2003 2K Classic saw the majesty of Saint Joseph’s point guard Jameer Nelson, who would go on to lead the Hawks to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament and earn consensus National Player of the Year honors. Just listen to Dick Vitale as he falls in love with the Chester, Pa., native.
In this year’s 2K Classic benefiting Wounded Warrior Project, Georgetown will meet Wisconsin and Duke will take on VCU in the semifinals at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 20 with the championship and consolation games being played on Nov. 22. Tickets are available at:http://bit.ly/1T10Bfn
