SPORTS MARKETING INTERNSHIP • Princeton, N.J.

Internship Responsibilities:
• Contact management
• Data entry
• Market research
• Assisting in the implementation of high profile collegiate basketball events
• Ticket Marketing (group sales, grass roots marketing, etc.)
• Various other responsibilities as assigned
• Part-Time and Full-Time internships are available, some travel may be required.

 

Qualifications:
• Current Undergraduates, Grad Students and Recent College Graduates are all eligible for consideration.
• College Credit can be earned, but is not required
• A background in the sports industry, marketing or sales is a plus
• Applicants should be highly motivated, self-starters willing to work hard and eager to gain valuable experience in the sports industry
• Required computer experience: Word, Excel
• Interns will be paid $7.50/hr and should be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

DESIGN ASSOCIATE • Princeton, N.J.
The Gazelle Group, an emerging leader in the sports marketing industry, is seeking applications for a dynamic and energetic Graphic Design Associate to join our in-house design department. The position will work closely with our Creative Director to aid in designing and producing marketing and promotional materials, advertisements, print publications and sales presentations for high-profile sporting events and clients. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple campaigns from concept development and implementation to creative production.

Qualifications:
• B.A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design or related field
• Strong experience with various design tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience in Flash and Dreamweaver
• Strong design and production experience
• Strong computer skills
• Good sense of composition, creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• The ability to successfully manage multiple projects
• Willingness to take on a visible role while working in a small team environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• an interest in collegiate sports is a plus

The associate position is a temporary full-time position from August–March/April, with a monthly-stipend pay. Candidates will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week, including some nights and weekends as necessary to meet deadlines. Some travel may be required.
