
The schedule and national television coverage for the fourth annual Legends Classic men's college basketball tournament have been completed.
Syracuse, Michigan, Georgia Tech, and UTEP will serve as the four Regional Round hosts for the event, matchups for which were previously announced. The tournament will begin with Regional Round action, November 14-21, with the four host schools advancing to the Championship Rounds at historic Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J., on November 26-27.
In the Championship Rounds' first semifinal game on Friday, November 26, Georgia Tech will meet UTEP at 5:30 PM EST, followed by Syracuse vs. Michigan. The winners will square off in the championship game on Saturday, November 27, which will be preceded by the consolation game at 5:30 PM EST.
The Detroit and Williamsburg subregional rounds will be held November 26-28. Detroit will host Albany, Bowling Green and Niagara, while William & Mary will entertain Gardner-Webb, Mercer, and Western Carolina in Williamsburg, Va. Each team will play three games in the subregional rounds.
All four games of the Legends Classic Championship Rounds will be nationally televised on HDNet, which is currently in 21 million homes nationwide. Additional television coverage will be announced at a later date. (more)
