Pittsburgh, Texas, Maryland, and Illinois will host Regional Round games of the 2010 2K Sports Classic benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer, the nation's premier season-opening college basketball event.

Each institution will host two Regional Round games before heading to New York's Madison Square Garden for the Championship Rounds on Nov. 18-19. (more)
