ESPN,
ESPN2 & ESPNU to Televise Ten Games Nationally
Princeton,
NJ (October 27, 2005) – ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU, the
24-hour college sports network, will combine to offer live national
television coverage of ten games during the 2K Sports College Hoops
Classic benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer. The Event, which includes
teams from 16 conferences, features four Regional Rounds on November
8th - 11th, with the winner of each site advancing to the Championship
Rounds at Madison Square Garden in New York City on November 17th
and 18th.
ESPN will broadcast
both semifinal games during the Championship Rounds on Thursday,
November 17th at Madison Square Garden. ESPN2 will televise the
consolation and championship games on November 18th. ESPNU will
televise all four Syracuse Regional Round games and the Regional
Consolation and Championship at the Lubbock Regional Rounds. The
match-ups, dates, times, and television coverage are outlined below:

to ESPN's national television coverage, Fox Sports Net Florida will
regionally televise both Florida games on November 9th and 10th
and the Texas Tech Network will regionally televise the Texas Tech
game on November 10th.

vs. Cancer program, created by the National Association of Basketball
Coaches, exists to leverage the strength, community leadership and
celebrity of our country's basketball coaches to raise awareness
and reduce cancer risk through education programs while raising
funds for Coaches vs. Cancer. Since 1996, the Gazelle Group, producers

have raised over $2.8 million for the benefit of Coaches vs. Cancer.
