Butler places fifth in BCA Invitational
Graves and Sheets lead with 15 points each

LARAMIE, Wyo. – A.J. Graves and Avery Sheets scored 14 points apiece as Butler took advantage of Lehigh's offensive woes for a 66-41 win and fifth place in the Black Coaches Association Invitational Tuesday.

Lehigh turned the ball over 19 times and shot just 25 percent from the floor in the first half. It narrowly avoided the team's worst scoring effort in coach Billy Taylor's four years. Lehigh scored just 39 points in a loss to Holy Cross on Jan. 31, 2003, during Taylor's first season at the Mountain Hawks helm.

Butler (2-1) had few troubles from the start and opened up a 21-6 lead 12 minutes into the game and entered halftime with a 29-12 edge.

Four different Bulldogs finished in double-figures. Bruce Horan and Brandon Polk each had 11 for Butler.

Butler, which had just four turnovers, also shot 50 percent (10-of-20) from beyond the 3-point line.

Lehigh, which made just five field goals in the first half, was led by Kyle Neptune's 11 points. Jose Olivero, who scored 25 points Monday, was held to just 8 points on 4-of-9 shooting.
