As the first major college football game of the season, the BCA Classic benefits from national, regional and local press coverage on television and in print and on-line publications. In 2000 and 2001, the event averaged nearly 300 million media impressions each year from more than 450 unique articles. Additionally, television, print and radio advertising produced more than 50 million impressions for the 2000 and 2001 events.
