2003 Dell™ BCA Classic Media Credentials and Itinerary

PRINCETON, N.J. (October 27, 2003) - Outlined below is important media information for the 2003 Dell™ BCA Classic hosted by Xavier University on November 15-17, 2003.

Teleconference - Wednesday, November 12th, 12 Noon EST and 12:30 p.m. EST:

Format: There will be two scheduled conferences with four head coaches from the participating teams on each call. After a short introduction and opening statement by each coach, the lines will be open for questions. If you would like to listen to both calls, you may simply dial in once and remain on the line until the second call begins. A replay of the calls will be available for 72 hours following the original teleconference.

Credential Requests: There will be two separate procedures for school-affiliated media and general media. Members of the media covering a specific school should submit their credential requests (click here to download PDF version of the credential request form) to their respective team's Sports Information Director. Contact Information for each school is listed below:

Members of the media who are not covering a specific school should submit their credential request form to Bill Dunigan at the Gazelle Group. Credential request forms will be accepted via fax at (609) 921-2332.

The deadline for all credential requests is Monday, November 3rd.

The Black Coaches Association is a nonprofit organization whose primary purpose is to foster the growth and development of minorities at all levels of sports, both nationally and internationally.
